the Consignment Process

Consignment allows you to sell your high-quality furniture and accessories in our showroom. Right at Home Designs operates on a 50/50 split. We display your items for a sixty-day period. Items are marked down 15% after the first 30 days.

If your item does not sell, you may collect it at the end of the sixty-day period, or we will donate it to a local Park City charity.

We prefer to see pictures of your item(s) in advance of its arrival at our store. We are happy to schedule an appointment at your home to preview larger pieces. We look forward to assisting you.
